Good news! As of half an hour from when I started writing this, the really annoying technical difficulties that were causing me to be even later than usual have resolved themselves. So hopefully, I'll be on track all the way through sweeps season. So let's get to the Opinion Quickies!
The Office: Fundraiser: Fundraiser was a definite step up from Angry Andy, and while still over-the-top in some aspects, the episode had plenty of funny moments, from Dwight not realizing what a silent auction was to the visual gag of Nellie attempting to eat a taco. And it continued the story of Andy being fired in an interesting way, plus had a great Ryan-centric cold open and some good Kevin jokes along the way. Still not perfect, but very solid. Quicky Grade: 75% (Good)
How I Met Your Mother: Good Crazy: Good Crazy was another good episode of How I Met Your Mother that moves all the pieces into place for the season finale. Ted going on dates that kept reminding him of Robin in increasingly ridiculous ways was funny, and we finally learned the story behind Marshall getting drunk again, which was teased back in The Naked Truth. Lily going into labour while he's away was expected, but it should still be interesting to watch unfold. Overall, a good week for How I Met Your Mother. Quicky GradeL 75% (Good)
