Quicky Opinion: Southern Accents was another great episode of this show, combining lots of laughs with some good character development. Grayson having a daughter was a nice twist for this season, and this episode is a natural continuation of that, as Jules resists trying to get to know Holly, even though she really isn't that bad. Having Holly make out with Travis was a good twist for this storyline and I liked how Jules winds up accepting Holly. Meanwhile, Andy deciding he wants to be mayor is a good move for this character, and should give him plenty of interesting things to do for the rest of the season, plus give the chance for more appearances from Barry Bostwick, who I always enjoy as Roger Frank. And the Bobby/Laurie plot was just a delight. Another strong week, Cougar Town. Another strong week. Quicky Grade: 85% (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Grayson: "Why do you always freak out whenever Holly comes over? She's not that bad.. Am I allowed to say that about a woman I accidentally had a baby with?" Ellie: "I wouldn't."
-Jules: "I can't say no to tequila. That's why Travis exists." Grayson: "No way! Jill too!" Travis: "What an adorable coincidence."
-Hey, would you and your friends watch a show called "Pig Trials". Watch the episode, get back to us #pigtrials.
-Bobby: "Racist? Am I that bad?" Laurie: "No, sweetie. (Looks at his cookie.) Oh my God, look at your black and white cookie. You've only eaten the white part!" Bobby: "I'm a monster."
-Holly: "Stupid internet date. I thought having a baby was gonna be like, a non-stop party. Wrong. Turns out having a baby is a total crotch-block." Travis: "What a tool. Sounds like he should've put "hates babies" on his profile." Holly: "Oh, he did. I just ignored it."
-Jules: "There's got to be something you can do. I've been dreaming of having a beach wedding since like, yesterday."
-Jules: "Wow Barb, you're married. I'm so um... um... something for you."
-Jules: "This town needs a new mayor and not one that's in bed with big business: that's Barb's name for her private parts."
-Laurie: "Plus, you (Andy) would look so great kissing a baby, because you kind of look like a baby, and everyone know there's nothing cuter than a baby kissing a baby."
-Ellie: "I love the tension in this room. I just want to bake it into a big puffy thing and eat it all up." Jules: "Seriously?"
-Laurie on her new talking threat cakes: "Say a chick steals your boyfriend. You send her a cake. But then, when she opens up the lid, it's like: "I'm coming for you, bitch!" Cute, right?"
-Laurie: "So you accidentally said the wrong thing. One time, I asked this blind lady when her baby was due. Turns out, she wasn't pregnant. And she wasn't even a lady. But, he really was blind, which was good, because when he went to go throw his coffee at me, he totally missed, and he hit a real pregnant lady. And I was like, 'dude, you're such a jerk! You just hit a real pregnant lady!' And then it turns out she wasn't pregnant either." Bobby: "There are a lot of fatties in this town." Laurie: "I know, right."
-Jules: "Do you know that if Travis and Holly had a kid, my granddaughter and my stepdaughter would be sisters! That puts me in the hillbilly hall of fame, right next to my cousin Chestnut, who was murdered by his own pigs." Ellie: "The pigs might've killed him, but it wasn't murder. Murder implies forethought." Jules: "They murdered him. There might be a trial." Ellie: "Where?" Grayson: "Okay, this sounds like a good stopping point."
-Travis: "There's just something so innocent about Holly. I just want to protect her. Plus, Jill could really use a father." Grayson: "She has a father!" Travis: "I meant a good one."
-Jules: "It's like my life is flashing right before my eyes. I should've drank more wine."
-Jules: "You're both being totally... (Looks at her Word-A-Day calender) magnaminous!" Travis: "Not a bad thing. Means we're awesome." Jules: "Stupid calender!"
-Laurie: "Today, we're gonna fix racism. Hopefully before our burgers come."
-Jules: "Do you know what I've learned from my friendship with Ellie?" Grayson: "There's no such thing as too mean." Travis: "Never let your friends know for sure if you like them?" Jules: "Always hold a grudge?" Ellie: "Really?" Jules: "Sorry, I wanted to do one too."
-Jules: "Sometimes, it's OK to be selfish, right Ellie?" Ellie: "It's not". Jules: "Seriously? Now's the time you decide to be human?"
-Bobby: "Sometimes I think it would just be easier if we just separated into our own groups, you know, like blacks with blacks and white with whites." Sig: "They tried that in South Africa." Laurie: "Yeah, and thank God Bono fixed it."
-Laurie: "Oh my God, my race panel worked. If there is one thing we've learned from Michelle Pfieffer in Dangerous Minds or Sandy Bullock in The Blind Side or Hilary Swank in that movie no one ever saw, it's that all you need to fix minority problems is a really pretty white woman."
-Not even going to try and replicate Ellie's crazy list of wants as first lady.
-Holly: "You hug just like your son." Jules: "Alright, don't ruin it."
-I will replicate this though. Grayson: "Now, let's pop a little wine, and talk about this supposed pig trial, hmm? I got 9000 questions. Do they use handcuffs?" Jules: "They use rope." Ellie: "Jury of their peers?" Jules: "Maybe." Grayson: "Lawyers?" Jules: "Humans." Ellie: "Baliffs?" Jules: "Horses." Grayson: "How do they get the pig on the witness stand?" Jules: "Pig ramp." Ellie: "Do they understand what people are saying?" Jules: "They have interpretors." Grayson: "Jury ever fed ham?" Jules: "Not if they're kosher!" Ellie: "What's the maximum sentence?" Jules: "Bacon." Grayson: "Is there a pig traffic court?" Jules "Heard of it, I've never seen it." Ellie: "How do they get the pig to stop squealing?" Jules: "Gavel." Grayson: "What if a pig calls a cop a pig." Jules: "Heh, that's funny. That's funny. People laugh." Ellie: "Do the pigs wear prison jumpsuits?" Jules "No, bowties. It's really adorable".

Memorable Moments: Bob's Burgers: Burgerboss
Quicky Opinion: Burgerboss was a very funny episode of Bob's Burgers, with so many great gags and jokes, I didn't even get all the most memorable moments down (It happens sometimes.). It's always funny watching Bob become obsessed over something, and watching him struggle to get BOBSUX off the Burgerboss leaderboard, to the point where he developed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and was high on painkillers for half the episode was great. The kid's escapades were also fun and I liked how everything culminated at the Yacht Club, which made the whole sailing lessons lie more then just an excuse to come up with funny names for Sailing Romance Novels (All Hands on Rick was probably my favorite title). Quicky Grade: 85% (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Business of the Week: A Fridge Too Far Used Appliances
-Burger of the Day #1: Papasa Was A Rolling Stone Burger
-Gene (After hearing the 8-bit Burgerboss music): "That's the song I want to lose it to. Mm-hm-mm."
-Bob: "You know, I was pretty good at this game too. By which I mean, best in the entire school." Louise: "Wow." Bob: "Yeah." Louise: "We would not have been friends." Bob: "I think we would have Louise. I was very cool." Tina: "I'd be your friend. I don't care if nobody likes you." Gene: "It's him or us, Tina!" Tina: "Uhhhhh, I don't know! Don't make me choose!"
-Louise: "We could buy an island!" Bob: "No." Gene: "And then a smaller island nearby.. for farting."
-Bob: "BOBSUX. That's really funny, Jimmy. Then you know, when I beat your high score, I'm gonna write Jimmy Pesto is an idiot and he doesn't know how to spell sucks! And he's dumb!"
-Burger of the Day #2: Good Night and Good Leek Burger
-Linda: "Oh Bobby, is this turning into another one of your peeing races with Jimmy?"
-Bob: "I broke 100,000." Gene: "Fantastic! (Whispers to Tina) Was it obvious I don't care?" Tina: "Just smile and nod."
-The kids on Bob's Wrist Splints: Gene: "Please tell me they shoot webs." Louise: "Are we finally getting a falcon?" Tina: "I think they're very flattering. Like wrist corsets."
-Linda: "What's going to happen if you can't use your hands?" Louise: "Yeah, how are we going to do our hitchhiking across America trip?" Tina: "Who's going to play harp at my wedding?" Gene: "And how will we become a famous father/son close-up magic team?"
-Linda: "Look at me. Happy times." Bob: "I'M FURIOUS!"
-Tina: "We have a thing?" Bob: "Yep." Tina: "But I don't have anything planned until my birthday next year."
-Louise: "Anyone else think it's odd our first sailing lesson is at night?" Gene: "No!"
-Gene: "I'm going to stow away in a rope bin and fight a rat over a block of cheese." Tina: "If we see any mermaids, I'm going to ask them where their Merginas are."
-Bob: "Now if that guy asks, you're my kids, OK?" Louise: "We are your kids." Bob: "I know, but rub it in his face."
-Gene: "We were made by this guy." Tina: "Yeah!" Louise: "He had sex and then we happened. Deal with it!"
-Louise: "You know what's free? Loading."
-Kevin's Mom: "Uh, how do you know Kevin again?" Tina: "Soccer." Louise: "Church." Gene: "Desert Storm."
-Bob: "What the Hell's a chicken leg got to do with Hamburger's anyways?"
-Linda: "Soo, what knots did you learn? Knots Landing?"
-The kids apparently learned such knots as The Fish Noose, The Walruses Surprise and The Cake and Ice Cream.
-Daryl: "I'm not a nerd, I'm a Videogame Enthusiast!"
-Gene: "I've eaten nine birthday cakes and I still feel empty. I mean, who are these people? Who are you? Who am I?"
-Louise: "We're gonna breeze right past you now, thank you."
-Tina: "Wow, it must be Yacht Prom."
-Tyler: "Your bodyguards asleep wuss." (Punchs Daryl.) Daryl: "Oww." Tyler: "That's for standing up for yourself."
-Louise looking at the flags in the Yahct Club: "What do you think those are for?" Gene: "You get one for every Octopus you kill."
-Linda: "Hoist in the Missinmass." Fantasy Bob: "What?" Linda: "You know what I mean. That thing. The missinmass."
-Linda seeing Bob fighting security like a madman: "What the hell's going on here?" Gene: "It's the Commodore's Ball!"
-Burger of the Day #3: Band on the Bun Burger (Comes with Wings)
-Bob: "Yeah, if we were going to have to be banned for life from some place, I'm glad it's there (The Yacht Club.) Gene: "Yeah, the cavier's too salty." Bob: "Well, technically, cavier is salty, Gene." Gene: "Yeah, but I think they salted it on top of that. They're idiots."
-Linda: "So, you're the Videogame coach?" Daryl: "And you must be Bob's wife. (Looks at Bob) She does have big boobies."
-Daryl: “I decided I don’t wanna be like you. A 60-year-old man, still battling his bully.”

Memorable Moments: Bob's Burgers: Synchronized Swimming
Quicky Opinion: Synchronized Swimming was a funny episode of Bob's Burgers that told an interesting story about Linda letting the kids take advantage of her, added in lots of funny moments and brought the other story about Bob being overwhelmed by the new ice cream machine into it in a clever way, along with the Prenatal Yoga from the beginning. All in all, it was another good episode of this wonderful show. Quicky Grade: 80% (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Business of the Week: Pooka Pagodah Pooka Shell Warehouse
-Gene: "Hey mom, when you're done polishing your pelvic floor, will you check my math homework for me?" (Linda looks at it.) Linda: "There's nothing on here but a drawing of a robot." Gene: "Who's better at math than a robot? They're made of math!"
-Bob: "What about you, Tina? If your mother "helping you" do your homework?" Tina: "No.." Linda: "See?" Tina: "..But mom's been logging her dreams in my dream journal for english class." Bob: "Great, you're dreaming for her." Linda: "Oh! (Starts writing in journal) Last night I dreamed that I was breast feeding Gene again and he had a long white beard like Santa Claus. It was freaky." Gene: "That could be our next Christmas card!" Bob: "No." Gene: "Pleease?" Bob: "Noo."
-Louise: "You guys, when I'm in P.E class, I feel like I'm not living up to society's warped image of fitness. I feel like a loser." Tina: "I feel like I'm not being valued as a woman." Gene: "Me neither! I need guidance and counseling." Mr. Frond: "I'm a guidance counsellor! Come in, come in."
-The flashback to Linda making the kids do Synchronized Teeth Brushing was great.
-Special Burger of the Day #1: Shake Your Honeymaker Burger (Comes With Honey Mustard."
-Linda: "Don't you make noises at me, you Judgaroo. Go play your Judgeridoo."
-Andy: "Louise, why aren't you in P.E? Do you have lice?" Ollie: "I do! I do."
-I enjoyed the montage of the kids doing "Independent Study." The best part was probably how the kids playing in the fire hydrant made the Firemen run out of water for the big fire they were fighting.
-Linda: "Whatup, my knitter?"
-Mr. Frond: "I still have the '96 Olympics on VHS: the miracle on melted ice." Linda: "Ooh, I have Dynasty on VHS".
-Linda: "Hello kids. I had a very interesting encounter with Mr. Frond today." Louise: "You did?" Tina: "Yeah, he's a very interesting guy." Linda: "Yeah, he is very interesting Tina. He's so interesting, that he told me about your independent study." Gene: "Uhhhh, I gotta go! I- I have forgot everything outside!"
-Louise: "Tina, this is the woman who chewed your food for you when you had your tonsils out. We're not going to have to lift a finger." Linda: "Okay you two, lift your fingers!"
-Louise: "Why is Gene wearing a girl's suit?" Linda: "Because otherwise, we wouldn't look synchronized."
-Louise: "Looking good, mom! I'm learning a lot from looking!"
-Girl: "Excuse me, can I get a sample of the chocolate?" Bob: "Why would you need a sample? You don't need a sample." Girl: "But how will I know what it tastes like?" Bob: "It's chocolate. It tastes like chocolate tastes."
-Special Burger of the Day #2: "The One Yam Band Burger (Comes with Yams)
-Tina: "Marco!" Gene: "Wahlberg!"
-Ollie: "Louise said this class was a joke." Andy: "Yeah, say something funny!" Linda: "Louise, Tina, Gene, get over here now!" Andy: "Aaahh, good one."
-Gene: "Looks like someone's ready to coach independent drama."
-Louise: "The whole point of doing Independent Study was so we wouldn't have to be judged." Mr. Frond: "You're judged from the day you're born to the day you die!"
-Bob: "Summer school?" Louise: "Yeah, what's next? Summer church? Summer dentist?" Gene: "Summer visit Grandma?" Tina: "Summer camp? Wait, I go there."
-Linda: "You kids made your bed, and now you have to swim in it."
-Mr. Frond: "One upon a time, there was no such thing as math, until one brave teacher said: 'hey, what about math? I think Independent Study Synchronized Swimming will be the next.. math."
-Andy: "We're all gonna die!" Ollie: "Let's die like we were born: two minutes apart!"
-Gene: "Anthrax smells like babies!"
-Bob: "Lin, what are you doing here?" Linda: "A little cup of coffee told me to come." Bob: "I don't know what that means, but we're glad to see you."
-Gene: "Next time I do this, I'm getting an epidural!"
-Gene: "You saved our asses!" Tina: "And toned our keegals."
-Bob: "Are we just going to ignore the fact that Louise pooped in the pool?" Louise: "Ignore it? I named it. Jezebel." Linda: "Aww, my little Grand Doody."

Memorable Moments: Bob's Burgers: The Belchies
Bob's Burgers was a pleasant surprise when it debuted last spring. Here was a animated show on Fox that wasn't made by Seth McFarland (who pretty much controls Fox's Sunday line-up, except for The Simpsons) and one that was also really clever, quirky, and most of all, funny. So I was glad that the show got a season 2 pick-up and plan on talking about the show as often as I can. So let's get started.
Quicky Opinion: Last night's season premiere, The Belchies was a good episode for the second season to start out on. It featured plenty of the Belcher children, who are all comic assets to the show, each in their own way and plenty of weirdness, as they looked for treasure beneath a taffy factory and Louise found a wise, inanimate taffy-shaped man. They even had the requisite sweetness with Louise realizing she'd been too hard on her siblings. Bob and Linda's subplot about their sex night was funny too and I liked the pay-off at the end when Taff landed on an "enhanced" Bob. All-in-all, a good start for what should be a great season of Bob's Burgers. Quicky Grade: 80% (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Bob's Burgers has it's own version of the couch gag by having the restaurant be next to a different wacky business every title sequence. This week we get Uncle Marty's Breast Pumps.
-Tina and Gene have high hopes for the treasure Gene is digging up. Tina: "Maybe it's some tinfoil and we can recycle it." Gene: "Maybe it's a shovel and I won't have to dig with my hands".
-Teddy: "Bobby, wanna come over and watch the game tonight? I'm making 3-bean salad, but it's bring your own bean. Can I put you down for Garbanzo?"
-Burger of the Week: I Am Mad About Saffron (Made With No Saffron)
-Teddy: "Whoops, there I go again, divulging amazing secrets."
-Bob: "Your Uncle Patty was a maid?" Teddy: "All maids were men back then. Until women joined the workforce and took all the maid jobs away."
-Teddy: "Caffrey didn't make his money from candy though. He was a bootlegger." Gene: "I believe the term is Legwarmer." Teddy: "No it is not, Gene."
-Gene: "China. Stick to noodles, right? Is that racist?" Bob: "Yes." Teddy: "A little bit." Gene: "No."
-Louise: "Kids only meeting, now." Tina: "I'll get Mom." Louise: "No Ti- Tina, kids!"
-Louise: "You guys in? We doing this?" Tina: "I could move some things around." Gene: "Let's find butt treasure!"
-Linda: "I'm gonna sleep like a baby. (leans in close to Bob and whispers) A horny baby."
-Ollie: "I got a funcussion!"
-Gene: "I can taste every flavour from the past 60 years. I can taste the Korean war!" Andy: "I can taste rust!" Ollie: "I taste Andy's spit."
-Bob keeps having problems with the sexy die. "I got lick foot again."
-Tina's Diary: "Dear diary, tonight we're sneaking into the dangerous Taffy Factory. Also, if boys had uteruses, they'd be called dudeureses." Bob: "Heh, duderuses."
-Tina: "Brr, it sure is cold in here. I wish some strong chivalrous man would lend me their coat. Or pants. (Gene throws his pants at her.) Ow." Gene: Wash them before you return them."
-Gene: "Tina, honey, it's pretty obvious that Jimmy Jr. is not into you. And I'm usually not that good at picking up vibes. Did you know Mom and Dad were a thing?"
-Linda: "That thing (Bob's penis) made the kids. Maybe it can find the kids. Where are they? C'mon where are they? Show me girl." Bob: "Wait, why is it a girl?" Linda: "Because it's a pretty brunette, like Catherine Zeta-Jones.
-Louise: "OK, nothing to get freaked about. My arm's not stuck in a crevasse, so I don't need to cut it off, like that impatient idiot."
-Gene: "I just cannot stop banging things down here. The acoustics are great!"
-Louise to Taff: "Just you and me now. A girl and her taffy giant. Classic."
-Gene: "How did you find us?" Bob: "Be- because we're your parents and we know everything." Tina: "Did you read my diary?" Bob: "...Yes."
-Linda: "How's your penis?" Bob: "It's OK." Gene: "Mine's a nightmare, in case anyone's wondering."
-Louise: "Don't look at me with your judgmental hollow eye holes!"
-Ollie: "I just peed Andy's pants." Andy: "Warm, warm, warm, cold."
-Construction Worker: "Hey, so my friend had a 3-Bean Salad party, but it was bring your own bean. Who does that?" Great callback gag.
-Bob: "We're about to die Louise! Do you really want your last words to be sarcastic?" Louise (Sarcastically): "Nooo."
-Zeke: "I got it. Let's all spit in the pit and then she can swim to safety!"
-Tina: "No, it'll work. I saw Jimmy Jr. and Zeke do it at wrestling practice." Zeke: "Hey, those practices are closed!" Tina: "I'm aware of that Zeke. I'm the reason they're closed."
-Bob: "What is that?" Louise: "This is Taff. He's a booby-trap that became much more than that."
-Tina: "Just when I think I'm out, those cheeks pull me right back in."
-Louise: "And Gene, you actually banged us to freedom." Gene: "I can't take all the credit. I'd like to thank this brick and ?uestlove."
-Louise: "I'm sorry I was mean to you guys." Gene: "Eh, I just figured you were having female troubles. (whispered to Tina) What are female troubles?
-Louise: "And Taff, what are the words? I love you. You're gonna live with me now." Linda: "You're not taking that filthy thing home." Louise: "Yeah, you're right." (Throws Taff aside.)
-Modified version of The Goonies 'R' Good Enough: "Teddy was right about the treasure in.. the butt. The next day, you will see Taff is washed up on the beach and- oh my God, is that a gold bar. The wave just washed him out. The.. kids didn't look close enough in the taffy butt. You have a taffy butt. There's treasure in thaat butt. I want that taffy butt. Whyeieiyah! Taffy butt! It's such a taffy butt! There's gold there in that butt..."

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: How I Wet Your Mother
Quicky Opinion: I was a bit worried about this episode before watching it, because I heard it was an Inception spoof, and while I loved that movie, I was worried the episode would come across as dated. Luckily though, this didn't turn out to be the case at all, as the episode only used certain elements from Inception (which all worked) and it was all used to tell a well-done, funny, and at the end, very sweet story about Homer still feeling responsible for his mother leaving when he was a kid. The mystery of why he was wetting the bed was a good one and I liked the mislead at the beginning that actually planted the seeds for the real source of Homer's guilt. And Glenn Close is always good as Mona Simpson, so it's good to know they can still come up with ways to use her character, even though she's dead. All in all, another great one from The Simpsons. Quicky Grade: 80% (Great)

Happy Endings: Makin' Changes
Quicky Opinion: Makin' Changes was another solid Happy Endings episode. The whole V-Neck intervention plot was solid and I still enjoy the Alex/Max/Dave combination. Brad and Jane's conflict was pretty good too and the revelation that Jane was changed just as much as Brad was a welcome one. Penny trying to change a guy worked well too, especially with the twist of him getting back together with his ex-girlfriend. I would say that this episode wasn't quite as funny as the last too, but it was still quite funny. Grade: Awesome! (Good)
Memorable Moments
-Jane: "You always change to fit a guy". Penny: "No. Sometimes I change to fit a girl if she's got cute guy friends".
-Jane: "I'm gonna say this because I'm one of your best friends and I don't want to overstep, but every choice you make in your life about everything is monumentally wrong". Brad: "Hehehe. It's funny cuz' it's sad".
-Jane: "You deserve to have a guy change for you the way Brad changed for me". Brad: "I'm not gonna say 'what' again, but you know I'm thinking it".
-Brad: "So that whole changine me stuff you told Penny was just B.S slumber party pep talk period crap, right?"
-Jane: "Of course I loved old Brad. Just like how I loved those chairs your mother gave us that I had reupholstered, and refinished so they're unrecognizable.
-Max: "These people make me look like I have my life together".
-Max: "Oh my god, Alex. You understand what's happening here, right?" Alex: "Yes. Maybe. Let's say it at the same time".
-Alex: "Oh my god, that's 4 V's. That's almost 5".
-Penny: "It's like he's squatting in a vacant Bennigan?"
-Jeff: "I'm really into combo stuff right now? Like this beer sign? It's also my reading lamp."
-Dave: "I dunno. What's a baker's dozen?" Alex: "11!" Max: "13. (Looks at Alex) What?" Alex: "I think my baker's ripping me off."
-Brad bragging about Old Brad being back before slipping on pudding and falling into the mouse traps was great. It was even funnier the second time.
-Dave (mimicking a robot): "Humour mode activated". Max: "I don't know what that was." Alex: "I do. Denial".
-Penny: "You know what else they have here: other stuff!"
-Jane: "Old Brad din't take baths. He took showers because his tub was filled with 3-11 CD's." Brad: "Old Brad couldn't afford a CD rack?"
-Penny: "I have a super sexy idea. Why don't we go into the bathroom, take off your shirt?" Jeff: "Listening." Penny: "and shave your face and burn your hat".
-Max: "Hello. How were your quote unquote "errands" David?" Alex: "If that's even your real name".
-Max: "Why don't you take your coat off?" Alex: "If that's even a real coat."
-Max: "We're more disappointed than mad, David!"
-Penny: "I'm gonna start a blog. Or a twitter. Huh! And then it'll become a TV series starring Alyssa Millano." Alex: "Boy, I wish my last name was a cookie".
-Jeff: "Guess what? I'm engaged!"
-Penny: "And you would be doing what?" Jane: "Nothing wierd. Just blowing the scent of New Brad's favorite candle downstairs so Old Brad will admit he's better the way I made him".
-The pictures of Old Brad and Jane were also great.
-Alex: "Ooh, I'm so excited. An intervention. It's like having a surprise party for someone who's going to hate you".
-Max: "Don't be scared. This is exactly what it looks like: an inter-veen-tion". Alex: "I thought we were going with intervent-een". Max: "That really sounds better to you?"
-Dave: "And why is this guy here? You couldn't get any of my real friends to come to my fake intervention?" Scotty: "Admit that you have a problem, Doug!" Dave: "Doug? It's Dave".
-Phil: "Listen! This is really stupid, but I have an hour to kill before I got to go to a real intervention so.."
-Dave: "I was 11-years-old. i was being bullied by this fat kid, appropiately named Fat Harold".
-Scotty: "Guys, I think I have an addiction to vicodin".
-Three hours later Dave Rose relapsed. He was last seen roaming the outlet mall. Searching for that sweet V-Neck high.

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: The D'oh-cial Network
Quicky Opinion: The D'oh-cial Network wasn't the best episode of this season, but it still brought the laughs to the table. I was glad to see it was more targeting Facebook than The Social Network, as a complete parody of that movie would feel pretty dated at this point. I liked the framing device that the whole story was set around and the general plot. But, you would think The Simpsons would be able to come up with more material for a show targeting Facebook. There were two filler segments at the end, for crying out loud (Though those were both pretty funny). So not The Simpsons best effort this season, but still one with plenty of funny moments. Quicky Grade: Enjoyable Enough (Pretty Good)
Memorable Moments
-Chalkboard: We Do Need No Education
-The Couch Gag with the family rushing to make an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman was quite enjoyable.
-Blue-Haired Lawyer: "Lisa Simpson, your actions have brought devastation upon this town. And all because of your selfish desire to be accepted by others".
-Homer: "Leave her alone! That's my only talking daughter!"
-Blue-Haired Lawyer: "Your honor, I would like to request that everyone in the court in their minds picture what the witness is describing". Judge Snyder: "I'll allow it. But no flights of fancy".
-Lisa: "Like all too many stories about my family, it began with somebody watching television".
-Marge: "Homie, stop watching the movie in the other people's car". Homer: " Ooh, but I'm invested in the characters!"
-Homer: "Marge, if you were married to Da Vinci, you wouldn't tell him not to Da Vinch".
-Stores in the new mall include Nothing Under A Thousand, Nouveau Bitch, and Banana Dictatorship.
-Lisa: "I kinda just want to create my own thing. Do you sell any plain sets?" Blocko Store Clerk: "No. We do all the imagining for you". Lisa: "Eh, well I'll just buy one of these and build something different". Blocko Store Clerk: "You do and you better build yourself a lawyer".
-Blue-Haired Lawyer: "Ms. Simpson, does the court really need to hear everything that happened in every store your family visited?" Lisa: "Trust me, I've left a lot out and cleaned up the swears".
-Mapple Store Clerk: "Yep, the lightest, most desirable computer in the world- for the next three weeks- The Mapple Void".
-Homer: "I'll take it, provided you charge me for services Google offers for free". Mapple Store Clerk: "I already have". Homer: "Suh-weet".
-Homer downloading The Complete Works of Shakespeare was a funny joke made funnier with him flexing and saying "Now, who's the greatest writer of all time?"
-The entire sequence which follows after Bart advises Lisa not to use the word conundrum, only to get overheard by Jimbo, beaten up by Jimbo, gets out of the situation when Martin Prince becomes a better target, and helps Jimbo beat up Martin was great.
-Ralph likes ice cream as food and a pillow.
-Lisa: "What if I started an online meeting place where all are equal and I am the undisputed centre?"
-Lisa: "Since I had no friends, I assembled a motley crew of the friendless to help put together my social network. Did we become friends? No."
-Springfield Elementary Computer Lab: Proud Home of the Commodore 64"
-Nelson: "The only way I would be your friend is if I could click a box under a picture saying Accept Friendship Request From.
-Jimbo: "I just got invited to make out with Shauna. See?" Dolph: "That went out to 200 guys". Jimbo: "Aw." Dolph: "And 7 girls". Jimbo: "Ahh."
-Ralph: "All my friends have birthdays this year".
-Skinner: "Doggone it. I'm less popular than the hornet's nest in the gym". Chalmers: "You said you were getting rid of that nest. Skinner: "Uhm, We trade the honey for chalk and yard sticks". Chalmers: "Hornets make honey?" Skinner: "Better than Wasp honey. Not as good as Bee". Chalmers: "Is this how you talk on dates?" Skinner: "I wish my dates were this interesting".
-Lisa: "I have 1000 friends! And only 8 of them are Milhouse!" Bart: "1000 kids? If you got each of them to send you a dollar, you'd be a millionaire!"
-Lisa: "I created something popular!" Homer: "And I created something that created something popular!" Abe: "And I created an alcoholic hippo!" Homer: "You never showed it to me!" Abe: "A stupid alcoholic hippo." Homer: "I still wanna see it". Abe: "There is no Hippo!" Homer: Then why did you say it?" Abe: "Because you're the hippo!" Homer: "Are you just saying that because you don't want me to see the hippo?" Abe: "I don't have a hippo!"
-Part of Homer's drunk SpringFace message to Marge: "...Counting the moments to closing time until I can stumble home to you. Another round Moe. Uh-oh. Did I type that? Delete! Delete! Hmm, typing delete does not delete."
-Lenny: "Uh-oh. Bernice Hibbert keeps liking Bumblebee Man's posts. That's how it staarts".
-Lisa: "Friend, friend, awaiting reply, friend".
-Lisa: "I have 1000 friends and I feel more alone than ever". Ralph on Playground Spinny Thing: "Wee!" Lisa: "I am trying to set a mood here". Ralph: "Wee..."
-I appreciated the joke about Ask Jeeves.
-Blue Haired Lawyer (Apparently also known as Burn's Lawyer): "And so Springface became too big to control. Just like the 60 ft. baby in my self-published novel: The 60 Ft. Baby. Order it online now while you can still cheat the Government on sale's tax."
-Lenny: "I don't know how to use the phone on my phone".
-Lisa: "I had a friend in common with Malcolm Gladwell!" Blue-Haired Lawyer: "He friends everybody".
-Bart: "We don't need your crummy website. We can make anything into guns".
-Janey: "Lisa, Lisa! Wanna play Marco Polo with us? We just realized you don't have to play in a pool!"
-End Captions: Principal Skinner Was Convicted of Selling Hornet Honey as Bee Honey. Mr. Burns received a payment of $35 Million Dollars even though he didn't do anything. Groundskeeper Willie was not in this episode. Lisa learned that it's not how many SpringFace friends you have, what matters is how many followers you have on SpringTwit. Kearney's Avatar died in Vietnam.
-The end thing with Patty and Selma against the Winklevoss Twins (Voiced by Armie Hammer) was also great.
-So was The Simpson's Show's Too Short Story. Especially Skinner's moral getting undercut by another Bart prank.
Memorable Moments
-Chalkboard: We Do Need No Education
-The Couch Gag with the family rushing to make an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman was quite enjoyable.

No."

Memorable Moments: Happy Endings: Meat The Parrots
Quicky Opinion: Meat the Parrots was another great episode of Happy Endings. I enjoyed Megan Mullally the first time she showed up as Penny's mom and I enjoyed even more this time out. I also enjoyed the introduction of Dave's dad. Meanwhile, Alex's racist parrot was a great running gag and the investigation into the chinese resturant had hilarious results. All in all, another great episode of an increasingly better Happy Endings. Quicky Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments:
-Alex getting all the answers in the celebrity guessing game based on increasingly minimal clues (The last few were just various throat clearing sounds) was great.
-Brad: "Who put in so many honorable Elijah Muhammad's?" Max: "Ali was on last night".
-Jane: "Even as kids, Alex and I were always finishing each others-" Alex: "Pizzas!" Jane: "I was going to say sentences, but that works too because I was not much of a crust girl". Alex: "I love my pie crusty".
-Penny: "The closest I ever got to a kid sister was a MyBuddy doll?" Max: "Why didn't you just get a Kid Sister doll?" Penny: "I did, but we weren't that close".
-Jane: "Big Dave is coming to town? God, I love your dad". Alex: "Ugh, he hates me for no reason". Everyone Else: "You left Dave at the altar!" Alex: "No it was not that. He thinks I spilled chocolate milk on his sheep-skin sea covers when I was 9".
-Alex: "And I was a big girl. I was able to do long division with leftovers". Jane: "Remainders".
-Alex: "C'mon guys. We could play charades. I could bake cookies. I'll get naked!"
-Alex: "My store's empty all day long!" Brad: "Well hire somebody." Alex: "Well, they usually want money".
-Never Not Funny: Tyler, the racist parrot. Stock, racist ("White power", "America for Americans") and homophobic ("It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve") statements sound funny when a parrot says them.
-Penny: “I went to third base with Peter Wong in that rec room. I still smile every time I see wood paneling. Or Peter Wong.”
-Dave: "Peter Wong. Really? Didn't that kid always use to wear a cape?" Jane: "Yes." Dave: "You too?" Jane: "Up, up, and away".
-Max: "Alex, what was so important that you called us here? I was right i the middle of doing nothing".
-Alex: "I got him from A-Ryan420@providence.net. Why would a stoner have a racist bird?"
-Hitler's birthday is also Brad's birthday. Go figure.
-Alex: "Max! You knocked over all my Tibetan mood rings." Max: "Sorry, Alex". Alex: "It's OK. (Looks at mood ring) Turns out I'm not even that upset about it".
-Alex: "So Dave's new mom is Penny's old mom?"
-Big Dave: "Penny, Jane, Brad, (Looks at Alex) Butterfingers".
-Great Sight Gag: Alex has to drink wine out of a sippy cup.
-Penny tries to give her new little bro a wedgie, only to remember too late that Dave's not wearing undies.
-Max insists on saying "just like on The Wire", because saying "just like Blue Bloods just doesn't pop".
-Dave talks up his Sandiwch: "Greer Cheese, because you helped me to Greer up! That one's not great."
-Dave: "Hope those are hisses of excitement".
-Max: "Just follow my lead and stay cool". Waitress: "Can I take your order?" Max: "YOU TELL US WHERE THE WHORES ARE AT!" Brad: "I'm sorry. I think he means can we get some egg rolls?" Alex: "The weird ones you have sex with and-" Brad covers her mouth: "And she means can we have some duck sauce on the side?"
-Dave: "Speaking of pants, let's get to the Cubs convention".
-Dave: "Ed, Begley Jr. is stupid." Ed, Begley Jr.: "C'mon man. I got 9 kids. Just buy something".
-Dave: "I want my old dad back. The one that loved steaks and thought singing was gay. Now I didn't particularly agree on that last point, but I still miss it".
-Alex: "You're all going to jail?!" ESL Teacher: "For teaching an English as a Second Language Class?"
-Max: "This may be a bad time to tell you guys that I have never actually seen The Wire".
-Penny: "What's that on your shirt?" Max: "I don't know Penny. I don't have time to read everything that's stuck onto me".
-Dave: "This where I learned the keyboard. Over there is where I first Mastur- ed the keyboard".
-Little Girl: "Hey, can we wrap this up? I gotta skype with my Nana." Dave: "Can I skype with your Nana?" Little Girl: "What? No!"
-Tyler the Parrot: "All Italians are Mafia. All Italians are Mafia".
-Big Dave: "You lied and let your sister take the rap for 20 years?" Jane: "Yep." Ed: "Eh, I still like you better".
-Ed Begley, Jr.: "Now whose stupid?!"

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: Politically Inept, With Homer Simpson
Quicky Opinion: Politically Inept, With Homer Simpson wasn't as strong as the last couple episodes of this season had been, but it still had plenty of good moments. The idea of Homer as political pungent was great, and worked well for the most part. And while the last few minutes of the episode fell a little flat, I liked the twist with the fake dream. All in all, this was a good way for Simpsons to start the new year. Grade: Awesome! (Good)
Memorable Moments
-Homer: "The only things I wait in line this long for are slightly better cellphones".
-Why are the Simpsons going to a wedding? Marge: "Cousin Cathy invited us so our feelings won't be hurt and we're going so HER feelings won't be hurt." Homer: "I just don't understand the world of grown-ups".
-Homer: "Don't argue in front of the airport line. Strangers are judging are marriage!"
-Bart: "Lisa, do you really need all these Kurt Vonnegut novels?" Lisa: "They self-reference each other!"

-Pilot (After 7 Hours): "Good news folks. We've been cleared to taxi back to the terminal. You still can't get off but you will be able to look through the window and see other people walking around and making fun of us. Still no word on take-off."
-Stewardess: "Sir, please return to your seat". Homer: "But I have to go to the bathroom!" Stewardess: "You should've thought about that before you drank the fluids you need to live".
-Homer: "All I want is what everybody wants: preferential treatment!"
-Homer (While being beaten by TSA Agents): "I regret nothing!... except this part.
-Bart: "Post to YouTube with the following keywords: Fat, Stupid, Classic Simpsons, and just to be safe: Baby Rides Kitten Rides Penguin".
-Homer: "What gave me away?" Apu: "Well, the Hot Dogs spin counter-clockwise in fear whenever you're here, sir".
-Homer: “The quiet Homer Simpson that kept it all bottled up inside is dead. This is the birth of Homer Simpson: blowhard!”

-James Madison: "Rise Homer Simpson." Homer: "Aah! Mozart!"
-James Madison: "Now come, and I shall teach you of Democracy". Homer: "Can we get some pizza on the way?" James Madison: "Everything's closed". Homer: They sell some at the gas station." James Madison: "I don't want gas station pizza!"
-Homer: "So, how come your pictures not on money". James Madison: "Actually, I'm on the 5000 Dollar bill." Homer: "Do you give those out to fans, because I'm a fan!"
James Madison: "You are an embarassment to the aristocratic slave holders who forged this mighty nation!"
Homer: "No, no, John hancock. I don't need any insurance. Sam Adams?! i'm sorry I made fun of your winter ale".
-James Madison Look-Alike: Great for Birthday Parties, Field Trips, Fake Dreams.
-Bart: "I did it just to mess with your mind". Homer: "That's what a Play within a Play is for!" Marge: No stranglings on school days!"

Memorable Moments: Happy Endings: The Shrink, the Dare, Her Date and Her Brother
Happy Endings is probably the funniest show I occasionally watch. I mentioned it way back in my original schedule as a show I'd sometimes talk about, but that became difficult with my limited access to the TV Wednesday nights. This year though, I have some better resources and think I'll be able to talk about this show more often (Not to mention, watch this show more often). I also realized that with it's fast pace, simple (but crazy) plots and it's tendency to have wall-to-wall jokes, this show was perfect for my memorable moments format. So let's talk about last night's episode: The Shrink, the Dare, Her Date and Her Brother.
Quicky Opinion: The Shrink, the Dare, Her Date and Her Brother was a very funny episode of Happy endings with lots of jokes and good story from the character pairings. I could relate with Brad and Alex's dilemma of not having much in common (And their eventual bonding ver RomComs was quite funny), and found Max and Jane's battle over a sweater, which had them wearing terrible outfits was quite funny. They even used Dave and Penny's plot to introduce a potential romantic complication down the line. So a good outing for Happy Endings last night. Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Before we start, with this entry I have figured out how to put pictures in my entries! And I find that more exciting than it probably is..
-Max: "Big news! New Rom-Com opening tonight!" Everyone else: "Noooo." Penny: "I bet it's got some super vague title that says that tells nothing about the movie". Max: "Yeah, That's The Way It's Gotta Be". Dave: "Really? Do they all have to be so stupid and predictable?" Max: "No, that's the title of the movie: That's The Way It's Gotta Be."
-Jane tries to guess the predictable plot of That's The Way It's Gotta Be.: "Or [It's about] somebody whose supposed to marry someone and then leaves them at the (She looks over at Dave and Alex who are looking at her)... Dentist's office."
-Max claims his Grandma died and left him the disputed sweater. Penny: "How many times has your Grandma died? Because you said the same thing about half a club sandwich."
-Jane: "Get back here, you gay!" Max: "You gay?! That's the best you could think of"?
-Brad: "Seriously, I get stuck with the check again? What is the point of having white friends?"
-Penny: "You guys are so vain. You probably think this sweater is about you" Max: "Don't you- don't you dare make that joke."
-Dave: "This is Richard. He's my work- friend- colleague, who I know from camp- the war- dance class." Jane: "War. Which war?" Dave: "The war on drugs. And we won. You're welcome".
-Penny finds out Richard is Dave's therapist. "Oh thank God. I was afraid you were actually taking a dance class".
-Max on being attacked by Jane: "God, it's like being attacked by a rake!"
-Jane: "I twisted my ankle twisting Max's ankle."
-Max's go-to "out call" is "There's a meteor about to hit the earth".
-Max: "How do you think Jane would feel about high-waisted jeans?" Brad: "I think she would have to be high and wasted."
-Jane: "Everything about this shirt is going to look bad on Max". Penny: "He has two of them. He wore one to your wedding".
-Brad: "So... stamps went up again. Unbelievable": Alex: "I get the forever ones but who knows how long they're good for".
-Alex: "Are hip-hop and rap the same thing?" Brad: "Yes."
-Dave is surprised about his therapist. "So socially, he prefers Rick Rickman?"
-Rick Rickman: "You've been talking about your mother a lot today. And it makes me wonder: where does Penny work? And what bus line is that on?
-Penny: "What do you wear to a stalking? Stockings? No, that's too on the nose".
-Max: "Nothing is weird. I've dated Baliff's, Monks, Jockey's, and my personal best is a butcher, a baker, and a candlestick maker and, yes, that was all in one tub." Dave: "Please tell me that wasn't our tub".
-Alex: "It should be super easy to fool [Jane] because I'm super easy to fool and we're sisters". Dave: "In hindsight, I may have dodged a bullet".
-Dave: "Am I the only one who thinks the name Rick Rickman is insane?" Alex: "Well, it's a lot better than Dick Dickman." Dave: "No, you- you can't change the last name. Forget it. I did dodge a bullet".
-Brad is caught about to see That's The Way It's Gotta Be and tries to make an excuse. "I thought this was the murder death sports explosion film for men. With full beard. And ample chest hair".
-Brad: "Last year I told Jane I was going to the Chicago ComicCon. But really I went to the RomComCon".
-Jane: "You look like Jamiroquai before labor day". Max: "You look like Carol Brady right before she got arrested for molesting Bobby".
-The scenes in the RomCom echoing Dave confronting Penny and his therapist with Penny's therapist was great.
-Fireman: "Where's the fire?" Jane (in underwear): "Right here, boys" Max (also in underwear): "Jane, I thought we agreed on in our pants. The fire is in our pants".
-Rick Rickman: "Therapy is a 2-Way street, David!" Dave: "No, it's not".
-One last side note: this post marks the 100th entry of Kenny Talks TV, Yo! It's been a wild ride so far and things are just starting to heat up!

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: Holidays of Future Passed
Quicky Opinion: Holidays of Future Passed was a future episode and a Christmas episode all wrapped up in one. And a great one at that. There was multiple storylines, all of which had a good amount of humour and heart. This is definitely one of the best Future episodes the show has done. Maybe even as good as Lisa's Wedding from season 6. Maybe. Quicky Grade: Zounds! (Almost Perfect)
Memorable Moments
-Grandpa is dressed as Santa for Christmas Card photos. "I'm Santa?! Ohh, now I'll never die".
-Last years Christmas Card with the pets dressed as Reindeer didn't go so well. Cut to a photo of Homer getting attacked by the pets in antlers.
-Homer prepares to see It's A Wonderful Life. "I wonder what my life would be like if I never saw that movie".
-Merry Christmas From The Simpsons... And A Tranquil New Year From Lisa The Budhist.
-The montage of Christmas Cards to show the passage of time was great. I liked how Bart went from having a State College banner to a Flunked Out banner by the next year. Also the Christmas Card of Bart getting kicked out of the house.
-Bart is divorced from his girlfriend from the previous future episode
-Skinner: "You're two weeks late on the rent Bart. Not to mention that Geography report from 30 years ago".
-In the future people can transport and hear thoughts.
-Lisa: "This is a tough time of year for someone who is allergic to Holly, Mistletoe, the red part of Candy Canes..."
-St. Beatles Cathedral
-Once again, the show finds a way to keep Maggie from talking, even when she's the lead singer in a rock band. Computer Doctor: "Everything looks great Maggie, but until this baby comes, I don't want you to make a sound".
-Homer: "Oh, Marge. How would you like to have some Future Sex?" Marge: "Why do you say future? This is now". Homer: "I meant a week from now. That's when the new penis gets here."
-In the future, people recieve B-Mail. Messages sent to their brain. Including spam and viruses.
-Homer carries a top hat, red scarf, carrot, and pipe because he likes to dress up to eat his carrot and smoke.
-Homer: "Who wants to go to the park and go to the Merry-Go-Nowhere?!"
-Ned: "That's why when Homer killed Edna, I married Maude's ghost!" Ghost Maude: "There is no God, Ned! It's just a meaningless void." Ned: "Heheh. Isn't she pretty?"
-Future Air Travel. Also great.
-Christmas Cookie Recipes come in pill form now. You still have to make the actual cookies yourself though.
-Lisa: "Sometimes I wish strangling your kid is still legal." Marge: "Not since they passed Homer's Law."
-Homer and Bart's kids take advantage of a futuristic battle at the Kwik-E-Mart to get free Squishees. Cyborg Snake. Also funny.
-Kearney: "Computer, hospital". Cut to the cab arriving at the computer hospital.
-The stars are used to advertise now.
-Treehouse: "Our consciousness was a secret for thousands of years. Then one Pine Tree had to open his sappy mouth". Bart: "Back in position!"
-The hospital is next to the Monty Burns Institute for Soul Extraction.
-Hospital Attendant: "Im sorry. There's no roo at the in... patient facility". Kearny: "Lady this is Maggie Simpson. She just played a sold-out show in Beijing!" H.A: "Hmmm, a star in the east? Let me see. We do have a little room in the manger... I mean mangier wing.
-Marge: "People learn from their mistakes. And your father made SO many mistakes".
-Selma's Lovebot: "Even a robot built only to love you cannot love you. I am leaving with your sister's Compudroid."
-In place of an epidural, Maggie gets a pacifier, which is said to be even more effective.
-Apu and Manjula's Octuplets also had Octuplets. Go figure.
-Apu believes a cow is the reincarnation of his dead brother Sanjay. It's actually a mongoose that died 600 years ago, but Apu doesn't know that.
-Lisa: "Sometimes a mother's job IS to butt in!" Marge: "Lisa?" Lisa: "Butt out!"
-Martin Prince is now Marsha Princess.
-Lisa: "Google! Even though you've enslaved half the world, you're still a damn fine search engine."
-Ralph: "Hey Bart!" Bart: "Hey Ralph. I heard you died." Ralph: "I got cloneded." He promptly shoots himself accidentally, causing a new clone to take over. That Ralph gets run over by a truck driven by another Ralph who drives into a building, exploding and revealing the cargo was even more Ralphs who are all on fire.
-Bart goes to Moes: "Wow, this place hasn't changed a bit!" Moe: "Yeah, I keep meaning to change this place around, but it's always a crime scene". Cut to chalk outlines of people including Sideshow Bob, the rake, and Bumblebee Man.
-Lenny and Carl switched brains with each other at some point because Lenny wanted to get back together with his wife who had been sleeping with Carl at the time. SHE had switched her brain with a monkey on a Japanese game show and it just got weirder from there, though Lenny found it quite normal.
-Grandpa froze himself because he was sick and there was no cure. They did find one, but Homer isn't telling him that because it's way cheaper than a nursing home.
-Homer: "Everyone thinks their dad's a jerk. And everyone's right! But when you get older, you realize how much you love them."
-Bart: "Boys, I've been acting likes a 10-year-old for these past 30 years. But I swear to you, I will grow up and start acting like a 20-year-old, the way a divorced 40-year-old should!"
-Bart's Son: "You've taught us the meaning of Christmas, which schools are forbidden to tell us anymore."
-Grandpa: "If there's one time of year to give unwed mothers a break, it's Christmas."
-Marge: "Smile everyone, while the pets take our picture!" Bart: "Hmm, funny how they evolved and we didn't".
-Happy Holidays, Peace on Earth. And a Morphistic Quiznox To Our Allies on Rigel 7.

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: The Ten-Per-Cent Solution
Quicky Opinion: The Ten-Per-Cent Solution was a lot of fun, taking another classic Simpsons plot (How many career comebacks has Krusty had now?) and throwing a new spin on it, by focusing the story on Krusty's relationship with his original agent. It also targets cable networks, Nostalgia, and even itself in a couple places for another solid episode. Season 23 has been good so far and it'll hopefully get even better from here. Quicky Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments
-My favorite of the Itchy and Scratchy's was The Social Petwork, mostly for the way it resolved the cartoon through a big block of text, while Scala and Kolacny Brother's cover of Creep (which helped make The Social Network's trailer really memorable) played. I also liked Maggie doing a Nazi Salute after The King's speech parody
-Krusty: "And all the movies are over a year old! It's like like those parodies were written when the movies came out but it took so long to animate them that we look dated and hacky!"
-Marge: “No more TV! We’re going to get some fresh air and visit a museum. Of television!”
-Marge: "We have to see the museum of TV before next Wednesday when it's closing. Forever!" Homer: "It's closing?! But where will people find clips of old TV shows if they're not housed in a giant building?!" Cut to clever Hulu gag.
-Museum of TV and Television. Liquidation Sale: Touch the things you used to watch.
-Bart accidentally fires a gun, which hits another gun in Homer's pocket. While Homer is admiring his other gun, it fires, shoots JR, hits the enterprise, bounces off Superman and uncovers oil by the Beverly Hillbillies.
-Homer: "My pants are splitting open! And people will see my tattoo of Donald Duck smoking a doob. That was for Marge's eyes only".
-Marge: "Isn't that just a rip-off of the Honeymooners?" Homer: "Everything's a rip-off of the Honeymooners! Margie, you're the greatest!" Marge: "Oh, Ralph, Fred, Archie, King of Queens, I mean Homer".
-Homer enjoys The Adventures of Fatso Flannigan. "Hehehe. They were so childless and miserable!"
-Annie: “If you ever hear a star’s name and wonder: Is he dead? The answer is either ‘I represent him’ or yes!”
-TV Executive: "Krusty, this is never easy but... you're fired. Oh! That was easy"
-Krusty's contract states that if he's fired, it has to be done by literally firing him from a cannon. Too bad he lands in another cannon which shoots him back into the first cannon.
-Krusty: "They took my dressing room, my parking space, even my writer, so I don't have a funny third item!"
-Agent: "Krustala, I'm gonna drop you as a friend first, so that when I drop you as a client, you'll know it was only business."
-Krusty: "Go away! No kid should see his hero sunk so low!" Lisa: "Well you're not exactly my hero. I see you more as a cautionary tale".
-Bart: "People also lover a quitter. Sarah Palin. The Beatles."
-Young Krusty: "Scary world. We start with the A Bomb then skip right to the H Bomb. These geniuses can blow up the planet, but they don't know the alphabet!"
-In the flashback we also see young Jasper, young crazy cat lady, young Hans, young Agnes Skinner, and pretty much the same but in an Army Uniform Seymour Skinner.
-Young Krusty: "I don't wanna play in Peoria. They're always doing contruction on highway 74!"
-Annie: “Today’s kids are less sensitive than an army condom. They see more on TV than my mother did on her wedding night. And they don’t complain about it for the next 50 years!”
-Annie: "I was so mad at him, I didn't have sex with a clown for 5 months!" Homer: "What about mimes?" Annie: "I'm not made of stone!"
-Krusty: "Deep down I'm doing this to get back at my father!" Rabbi Krustofski: "Don't blame this on me. Your childhood was heaven."
-Annie: "I promise you, Krusty will show up on time or sober. That's right! I said 'or'!"
-Krusty: “They were kids, and we gave them candy if they laughed! And if they didn’t, until the 70s, I hit them with a stick! Some jerk tracked down the kids and made a documentary. It’s called ‘Circus of Shame’ or something.”
-Sideshow Mel: "And now let's welcome a man the Spanish called Senor No-Fun, Krusty the Klown!"
-Nostalgic Fan: "Everything I loved as a kid and hated as a teenager, I love as an adult!"
-Krusty's new show is getting the best reviews of his career. 2 and a Half stars. For fans only.
-Krusty: "I'm back on top! And this time, I'm not going to blow it all on cocaine for my horses!"
-Krusty: "Wait a minute... THERE'S SOFT PORNO?!"
-Krusty: "And you know anything said at a network pitch meeting can be taken to the bank.
-Hbowtime: It's not just TV, it's more expensive.
-Annie: "Wait a minute! We have very specific language in our contract saying 'No guests that are funnier than Krusty!'" Executive: "Janeane has promised to be strictly angry and political. Janeane Garofolo: "And I'll keep my promise. Like Obama did with Guantanamo". Krusty: Ohh, it's funnier than I can ever hope to be".
-Executive: "Krusty, this is exactly the type of meddling that only we're supposed to do".
-Krusty: "I did that laugh that people can interpret anyway they want". Annie: "I thought that laugh meant 'I Love You!'" Krusty: "It can..."
-Moe: "I'm paying extra for this channel? It hasn't been good since The Wire! Aw, who am I kidding. I never watched The Wire! I had to bluff my way through so many conversations.

Memorable Moments: New Girl: Bells
Quicky Opinion: Bells proved to be the shows strongest episode yet, in large part due to the fact that the episode was mainly about the male roommates, rather than Jess. Winston finally got a chance to shine, as we see him become ultra-competitive with handbells, and Nick and Schmidt clashed over what ultimately boiled down to their respective lifestyles. It was all very entertaining to watch and full of good moments. Jess was funny too, but this time the roommates stole the show. Quicky Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Schmidt: "You know you want in on this, man! A little fatty tune, yellow-T, Cali roll, Samurai snack. So scrummy!"
-Winston: "I'm losing my mind guys. I sometimes touch the frayed part of the power cord just to feel something"
-Jess: "I'm sorry guys. I should've told you but the community centre decided to turn our "rehearsal space" back into a "hallway", so I had nowhere to go.
-Jess: "These kids had a choice between early morning detention and music. And they all chose music!" Nick (feigning suprise): "No kidding?!"
-Dessarae: "Miss Day, can I eat some of these crackers up in here?" Schmidt: "No, no, no! Water crackers are for adults... to eat with adult cheese." Dessarae: "Can I eat a cracker sushi sandwich?"
-Two things women love: Alternative Percussion Players and Role Models..
-Jess: "I know handbells may not be the coolest instrument in the world. They may not even be the fifth coolest".
-Jess breaks into song a couple times this episode. "Winston and me playing bells every day- until Sunday. I'm cool".
-Schmidt: "I left you a check for $30 on your pillow. Your Nanny gave you that thing for free, so as far as I'm concerned, you're up 30 bucks". Nick: "My Nanny is dead! I'm not looking to make money off of her!"
-Jess: "[Hector] really wanted to play drums, so I told him bells were the next best thing, which was a lie so I couldn't keep a straight face while I was telling him. He saw right through me".
-Winston: "Eye Of The Tiger ended the Cold War". Jess: "That's not the least bit true."
-Winston: "Where are your eyes?" EnsemBell: "On the tiger."
-Nick: "I put your couch and your freezer in your room, Schmidt. I didn't want to get my "poor" on them."
-Schmidt: "Lotus Bear Relax! I can smell it on you right now!" Nick: "Stop smelling my hair!" Schmidt: "You know how much that stuff cost?" Nick: "I didn't use your conditioner!" Schmidt: "Why does your hair look so baby soft?!" Nick: "Fine, Schmidt. I ran out of shampoo, and I used your conditioner. We're talking about conditioner, right?" Schmidt: "You used it as SHAMPOO?! It's for moisture, Nick, not for cleaning. I can't believe we're friends!"
-Jess: "I love running this group. It gives me confidence. It gives me.. muscle definition. Yeah, sometimes it gives me blinding optical migraines so I literally can't see 3 feet in front of me".
-Nick: "I want friends who still lie to me because they don't want to hurt my feelings. I sadly kind of mean that".
-The gag of the Handbells concert being just a bunch of random people in the park was great, especially with their random outbursts.
Memorable Moments

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: The Man In The Blue Flannel Pants
Quicky Opinion: The Man In The Blue Flannel Pants wasn't quite as good as the previous couple weeks, but it still managed to pack in lots of funny lines. Plus it used Mad Men to freshen up the standard "Homer get promoted" plot in funny and interesting ways. So season 23 continues being quite swell. Quicky Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Bart's corpse bride fantasy was pretty funny. Especially Homer's tearful response to the bride eating Bart's brains. "Why does she get to eat before the reception?"
-Milhouse: "Maybe for once, I'll win." Krusty: "Children of troubled marriages not eligible".
-Homer once hired an unauthorized Krusty look-alike for Lisa's first communion. Krappy the Klonk.
-Absolut Krusty Presents: Celebrating Friendship With The Stimsons
-Kurt has to go to the kid's party because he said the clown scared him.
-Mr. Burns: "I was in an anecdote once".
-Mr. Burns is asked to do a popular song for karaoke.: "Do you have anything by Prince... Wilhelm of Prussia?"
-Smithers: "As safety inspector, he hasn't really set the world on fire. Although, he came close several times."
-Robet Marlow: "Before you go any farther Simpson, it's my duty to warn you. Account men lose their soul". Homer: "Woohoo! No more church!"
-Homer: "Wow! I can't believe I'm eating steak with the mayor! The next time I vote for you, it's going to be on purpose!"
-Homer: "Could you be my dad?" Marlow: "If your mom was a secretary, there's a pretty good chance I am".
-Bart: "I'll get one of those jobs where you don't have to read like french fry maker or general!"
-Homer: "You can't touch electricity Marge. You can't feel it". Marge: "That's because it would kill you".
-Marge's confrontation with Marlow and the constantly switching backgrounds was great.
-Marlow: "I gave up on my family. Than I gave up on my other secret family. I missed my son's graduation, my father's funeral and my dog's best in show".
-Nelson: "You're reading a chapter book! For fun! Bully's! To me!"
-The bully's getting drawn into Little Women was also classic. "Bart needs to work on differentiating the character voices a little better". "I know. I keep thinking, why is Meg saying that and than I realize, it's Beth!"
-Secretary: "This is a whisper amplifying intercom!"
-Mr. Burns: "It's about time. We've been making small talk abotu Mussolini for 15 minutes!"
-Diversity Kittens on Melting Pot Mountain. Also great!
-Homer: "My co-workers are like a family. But in some ways, my family are like a family too".
-Mr. Burns: "How ironic. I survived the titanic by making a raft out of stirrage passengers. And now this".
-Homer falls off a waterfall but he survives AND finds gold.
-Homer: "Your worries are over. Now I'm back to being a boring old safety inspector at a nuclear power plant".

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: The Book Job
Quicky Opinion: Wow. The Book Job was definitely the best episode of the 23rd season so far and also one of the better modern Simpsons episodes in general. Combining satire about books written by committee with a heist film parody, making good use of characters like Moe or Professor Frink, and filled with tons of great jokes (and two great guest stars), this episode will stick in my memory for a while to come now. Grade: Zoundas! (Almost Perfect)
Memorable Moments
-For the second time in the row, no opening sequence, but if the episodes are this strong, I'm fine with that.
-The opening scene at the Dinosaur Show was great, especially with many of the kids freaking out at the dinosaurs. Milhouse shouts: "Those aren't dinosaurs! Dinosaurs sing!" before throwing his Barney doll at one. Ralph simply says: "I wanna go back inside Mommy." and tries to re-enter the womb.
-Lisa is shocked that T.R Francis isn't a real person. "Everybody knows you got the idea for the series after an explosion at a crumpet factory knocked you off a double-decker bus. How could that be made-up?"
-Patty has read "enough fantasy novels to choke a hippogriff". Books on her shelf include: "My Orthodontist Is A Werewolf", "The Body Snatcher In The Rye", "Epic Fail", and "Booze Cruise of the Dawn Treader."
-Moe has apparently written five moderately successful childrens books, including There's A Rainbow In My Basement.
-Bart: "All we need now is a computer guy". Cut to them at Professor Frink's house. Homer: "Do you have a computer?" Professor Frink: "Uh, uh yes." Homer: "You're in." Frink: "In what?".
-Bart: "Like no one ever writes for money, Lisa? I don't see your boyfriend William Shakespeare missing out on too many meals."
-Some of the vampire books/categories shown include "Vampire Umpire", "Pep Rally of the Damned", books on Vampirates, "Tru Blood" (in the Southern Vampire section), and "The Babybiters Club".
-Bart: "OK Gaiman, you're in. Your job is to get lunch".
-Book titles seen at the book fair include: "Girl With The 'How To Train Your Dragon' Tatoo" "The Bourne Exploitation", "The Porpoise Driven Life", and "Sit, Stay, Love" by Rufus.
-CEO Guy: “Is R.L. Stine here? Because you just gave me goosebumps.”
-CEO Guy: "Don't feel bad. Before we got our hands on Twilight, it was about a girl who falls in love with a golem. But teenagers weren't going to spend their allowances to join team Schmule".
-Patty: "How could they do this to our book?" Skinner: "It was the singular vision of seven people!"
-Homer is inspired by the words of Neil Gaiman. “British Fonzie is right.”
-Bart: “Rule Number One of book heist: never fall in love with the book!”
-Skinner: "Bart, remember the thousand-year war between the trolls and the ogres?" Bart: "Yeah". Skinner: "Now It's a dance contest at the vampire prom".
-Tween Lit Inc. World Headquarters. Warning: Difficult To Break Into.
-Best one of the phase title cards that pop up from time to time: The Actual Heist.
-CEO Guy: "So you thought you would un-ruin your book. If it's any consolation, you never had a chance". Homer: "Woohoo! All right".
-CEO Guy: "Oh, by the way. The audio book is only available abridged. A-BRIDGED! Hahaha!"
-Lisa: “I got the idea from every movie ever made.”
-Neil Gaiman: "I heisted myself to the bestseller list once again. And the most brilliant part is I don't even know how to read."
-My favorite of all the fake book titles though, has to be "To Kill A Mockingjay", because To Kill A Mockingbird is one of my favorite books, and I just recently finished the Hunger Games Trilogy.

Memorable Moments: New Girl: Thanksgiving
Quicky Opinion: Thanksgiving was probably the strongest episode New Girl has had to date. Partly because it didn't end with a variation of the climax of the pilot, but also because it allowed us to see new sides of the character. Justin Long was fun in his first guest appearance as basically male Jess, and Schmidt was as enjoyable as ever. I also liked the last-minute twist of the dead body in the neighbors apartment. Hopefully, New Girl will do episodes like this more often. Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments
- Jess: "What you doing for Thanksgiving?" Paul: "Well I always spend it with my Grandmother, but -" Jess: "That's so nice!" Paul: "She just died."
-Paul's grandmother died right as he was writing the Halloween Madrigal, which made it very deep. "What's it all about? Is there any point? Do we start dying the moment we were born". Those words sung by kids in monster costumes make for a great sight gag.
-Nick: "No, Jess. We're not doing Thanksgiving. We talked about this. We're just going to watch football, drink beer, and then we're going to Best Buy for Black Friday". Winston: "Or as I like to call it, Friday"

-According to Schmidt, the sexiest holidays in America are 4th of July, Independence Day, Women's history month and Christmas.
-Jess named the turkey Hanks Giving.
-Schmidt: "I wanna let you know up front that I have some control issues in the kitchen. So if I'm gonna do this, I'm cooking the whole meal. I don't want you touching anything. And I don't want to hear Schmidt, Schmidt, you're using too much tarragon".
-Cooking the turkey in the dryer was also a great joke. As was Jess trying to warm it up with her body before they tried the dryer and trying to get Cece on the floor with her.
-Winston: I'm going to say something, and you're going to say the first thing that pops into your head. Paul: "Kazoo"! Winston: "Okay, we haven't even started yet". Paul: "Okay... I'm going to stick with kazoo".
-Jess tries to cover up for her outburst to Nick about wanting to sleep with Paul that everybody heard, by claiming they're rehearsing for a bad play Nick is writing, called "Big Time".
-Poor Paul. Not only does he find the dead body, he has to ride in the elevator with it.

Memorable Moments: The Simpsons: The Food Wife
Quicky Opinion: I actually probably could've done a full opinion of The Food Wife, which is probably my favorite episode The Simpsons has done this season. There was dozens of good freeze frame gags, and the plot about Marge wanting to be seen as the "fun mom", was made fresh with the food blog angle. Good guest star use too. And Homer mistakening a meth lab for the resturant where all the food is made by science was a great climax. Good job, Simpsons. Quicky Grade: Totally Awesome! (Great)
Memorable Moments
-Previous Fun Dad Saturday activites: Cemetary Paintball and Go Karts on real roads.
-Homer: "Is there any better feeling than cutting in line, because a plastic badge says you're special?"
-Among the many videogame booths shown at the E4 convention, I noticed Grand Theft Scratchy, Mapple, Bongo Games (A reference to Matt Groening's comic company), Chalmskinn Interactive (with Chalmer's face on it), Dig Dug: Revelations, Terrence Mallick's Tree of Life Online, Driver's License 2: License to Drive, Assassin's Creed: Summer of Love, and Human Centipede. Among other things.
-Other good jokes at E4: Marching Band, and Homer's videogame experience trying to get the kids to Hall G for the Funtendo videogame announcement (the Zii Zu)
-Marge: "How come they never call me fun mom?" Homer: "A family's like a team. On every team you have the slam dunking mega star and the referee".
-The whole Cross Games joke was funny too.
-Lisa is suprised that the people at Little Ethiopia use "pancakes" as spoons.
-The foodies Marge, Lisa, and Bart meet apparently discovered Korean BBQ in Springfield before the Koreans.
-Homer: "I don't eat anything new unless I've tried it before".
-Homer: "Alright, food nerds. Reality check: All the food in those pictures is poop by now. Minds blown. You're welcome."
-Krusty: "Krustyland has a new ride, the Eyeballs of Death. It only passed the safety by a 3 to 2 vote. And that third vote didn't come cheap".
-Homer: "Marge, this isn't a food restaurant. It's a meth restaurant. A meth-taurant!"
-I also liked the meth dealer having a Ratatouille flashback. Even though that's kind of a dated reference.
-Best Guest Star Appearance: Gordon Ramsey yelling at Marge, and then hijacking her dream.
